I'm a 31 year old dude that has been overweight for most of the last decade. Even in my early twenties, I was tubbier than I wanted to be, but confident enough to get by.

I accidentally jumped into keto before Thanksgiving of last year at 248.8 lbs, and just saw 208.8 on the scale this morning... 40 lbs on the nose.

I eat bacon every day. I drink gin and whiskey instead of beer (the worst compromise I've had to make on this diet).

I haven't joined a gym or really done any lifting or cardio. It's just fallen off from the kitchen choices I've made.

The worst part is the fact that I could have easily done this ten years ago, but I didn't know how easy it was to lose weight and keep it off. Regardless, I'm the thinnest I've been in almost 10 years, and I'm happy at 31. Look out ladies, there's a cutie with a booty in town.
