So, I weigh myself every morning after I relieve my bladder. I guess my system is a bit weird because I tend to lose 1/2lb to 1lb per day. My start weight was 301.4lbs and I am down to 260.1lbs atm. I keep waiting for a plateau, and I am over half way to my target weight. The main thing I notice is that those fat deposits that have, for so long, been part of me are leaving me. No more double-fisted-fat-rolls on my thighs. No more gorilla belly I can sit in a chair and have enough room to set a drink between my legs. I can sit in booths now without anxiety. One draw-back: My kitty-cat used to love to use my belly as a foot hold/stabilizer. She keeps looking at my diminishing belly with a kind of confusion, like: "What happened to that shelf I used to sit on?" She'll just have to get used to it. =)
