Today is day 29 for me. I had sustained a 4 pound loss since week 2 (started at 8 pounds, then went back up to 4), and then scale would not move!!! Finally I saw another drop today- 3 pounds more. Is that a "whoosh?" BTW, it's not Shark Week for me & I'm not coming off of that, etc. I'm hoping this is a sign that my body has become keto adapted at this point.
