So in dietary, I eat lots of eggs, full fat cheese, dried meat, lamb meat, olives, almonds, nuts, broccoli, cauliflower and lettuce. I drank probably about 4L of water every day since I started keto.
Some changes are;
I feel more relaxed in interactions with people. Before, sometimes I would have the surprise/shock effect when I see a person or someone says something to me (example: I see someone in 5 p.m. and first thing I say is good morning). Now I am much more relaxed and talk easily.
Things got kinda sweeter and less bitter. I swear almonds taste sweeter every day.
I still crave for food so much. I snack on cheese, nuts, olives and lettuce but the cravings are a bit too much right now. I sleep hungry sometimes. I hope this is a short-term effect.
And I gotta say this, my sister just got home from his vacation and he bought lots of sugary snacks. Oreo filled chocolates, biscuits, chocolate filled croissant, chips. There are maybe 3-4kg worth of snacks. She really unintentionally tests my will. But Im proud of myself with not even eating a single bite which wouldnt actually hurt me (4 grams in a single piece'o chocolate)
