My first seven days of keto are under my belt and I weighed myself this morning and I couldn't believe it. I rechecked 3-4 times to see if the scale was working properly. I lost 14.4 lbs in the first 7 days!
I know most of this is water weight but it's still astonishing and a huge motivational boost to keep going.
I'm 41 years old and have been struggling with being overweight my entire life.
I went from 234.4 down to 220.0! This is literally the easiest diet I've ever done in my life. If anyone would have told me before I found this forum that I could "diet" eating steak, cheese, butter & chicken wings I'd have laughed at them.
I am on this forum every day and some of the transformations are awe inspiring. Good luck to those of you doing this diet!
