I've been on keto for almost 4 years now. I've lost 125lbs. I've been able to run, to just go out and not be afraid.
I haven't been afraid of not finding clothes, of being called fat, of not fitting in between two people in the bus. It's been great.
I've probably lose weight less quickly than a lot of people on Keto, the first year I lost 50lbs, second year 45lbs, then the next two years were ups and downs where I lost 15-25lbs. So hang in there, yes, some people lose 150lbs in a year, some lost 150lbs in 5 years... In the end you've made your progress and made your life better.
