I hung around this forum in late November and was super excited when I saw a post about a girl with similar starting stats to mine losing 30 lbs in 8 weeks. It was probably the final straw that made me jump into keto on December 1st, 2016.
I'm excited to say that I just hit 12 weeks of keto yesterday and am proud that I have not cheated on my diet at all. I have increased my exercise as well, some strength training, yoga, barre classes, and walking.
I am not yet at the 30 lbs that the other girl attained in 8 weeks, but am almost down 25 lbs and I'm really happy about that! I am really looking forward to the changes that will happen over the next 12 weeks!
So while some people have amazing results, some of us just have average results!!!
