Hello everyone.
I've just seen my doctor about weight loss, and got some blood results back. I'm on the verge of diabetes, so I'm now not allowed to eat any carbs. I guess I'm just here for advice and support. I'm 31, F, 167cm, and 106.2 kg. I'm also wondering if I've joined the right community, as I know keto is more low-carb, than zero-carb. Anyway, thought I'd make a post to get started. Thanks for any advice!
