Saw this LPT a few days ago on reddit.

Make your keto choices when grocery shopping. Don't buy non keto items with the idea that you'll eat it only a bit at a time.

For me, I bought bread thinking, hey a single slice of toast with my morning bacon and eggs won't be enough to kick me out of keto. Fast forward to a few weeks and I'm eating four to six slices of bread a day a la bacon and egg sandwiches.

Now I keto in the grocery store first and foremost.

Now the term "I got this in the bag" makes more sense to me. I got keto in my grocery bag.
