Ketogenic dieting without exercising

So I have been following the ketogenic diet for about 3 weeks now and have lost about 20 lbs. well yesterday, I had a bad fall while snowboarding and tore my MCL. So now I can't exercise until my dr decides our next steps and I heal. I worried about still being able to lose weight while injured! I was doing around 40 minutes of stairclimber and weights daily.... any advice?
