Title says it all really, but I woke up this morning, got dressed in jeans and a hoodie and I went grocery shopping! Typical Saturday morning for me, however prior to keto (SD 1.11.17) I would immediately get home and change into sweats and enjoy my Saturday laziness (and also binge on the food I bought). It's about 10:30 (went shopping at 7) and I just realized I'm lounging around in my jeans! Jeans that didn't fit a month ago no less and I'm not tempted to eat everything I just bought.
Hooray for keto and being comfortable in jeans! I hope everyone else is enjoying their weekend!
