Hey all! Been doing keto, IF, and some strength training with cardio since the beginning of January. Gaining weight over the past few years, I've always been conscious of my double chin.
At the beginning of the month, someone told me I should consider liposuction. Looks like all I needed was keto and some gym time.
I'm currently riding out a plateau, but I'm happy with the non-scale results thus far.
