Today. No knees, no incline, just regular ass pushups. I've been working towards them for 3 weeks now, and I'm pretty happy with myself. Before I hurt my back in my 20's they were no problem, but after years of weight gain and a lack of physical activity..yeah. As an added bonus from working on them, my chest and arms are beefing back up and that's a huge confidence boost. Great t shirt weather in Jersey today!
