First time since 2015 I've been under 200 pounds. I have an apple-type fat distribution so my gut hasn't gone anywhere, but it looks a lot better than it did 20 pounds ago.
I'm not counting calories, just sticking almost entirely to bacon, eggs, chicken, duck, lamb, cheese, fish, shrimp, almonds, and macadamia nuts.
I don't think I'm yet at the point where I can exchange my XL clothing for the large, but I could be there by the time the snow melts.
