I first started keto in July of 2016 and lost about 30lbs in 3 months. Fell off the wagon over the holidays for various reasons and fast-forward to February 2017 and I was a miserable, carb-addicted, bloated, dull-skinned wretch, who had also let my weight creep back up about 15lbs or so. I re-started keto a week-and-a-half or so ago and already feel 1000x better, as I believe is evidenced in these pics. I am already down 5lbs and my skin looks and feels amazing. For those contemplating whether or not to try keto... you won't regret it!!!
