Hey guys!
I've been lurking Reddit for close to 4 years and luckily came across this sub at the end of August of 2015. You guys have literally changed my life in ways you'll never know and all I can do is thank you.
I went from 320 to 220 lbs in just under 7 months. In the beginning of September 2015 I joined 100daysofketo and took it very seriously. I went down the rabbit hole of intermittent fasting and trying to make myself go deeper and deeper into ketosis. I didn't introduce exercise until about 2 months in when I started doing crossfit regularly.
I just wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone who contributes on here. If anyone is just starting or has hit a plateau. Keep going. You got this. One day at a time :).
I'm hoping to lose another 20lbs soon because I've been struggling a lot with maintenance. I've enjoying too many random cheat meals and I'm constantly fighting old habits which come back real quick once you introduce bad food on a regular basis.
Anyways, sorry if I messed up somewhere in this post I don't end up posting a lot but I hope my message of gratitude still came though.
You guys are the awesome!!!
