When I first started keto I tried to keep it pretty simple. However, the longer I did it the more I tried to branch out with different recipes. My cabinet filled up with almond flour and xanthan gum. I bookmarked Caveman Keto and Ruled.me (these are definitely good resources, don't get me wrong).
But after falling off of keto and coming back, I have come to the conclusion that I really need to simplify again. More of my meals lately consist of a salad or a green vegetable and a piece of meat cooked on the grill. I'm tired of complicated recipes and dishes that require a block of cream cheese to be palatable.
Does anyone feel me on this? In what ways do you try to simplify keto?
