I'm going to keep this simple. Last week was a bad week emotionally. I don't drink any more, so the only vices left are food and nicotine. I smoked. I ate. Thankfully I crave keto. Stepped on the scale this morning...

Down 4 lbs.

THAT'S 40 FXCKING POUNDS GONE. IN 10 FXCKING WEEKS. THIS IS FXCKING INSANE.

I set a goal of losing 163 lbs. Today I weighed 327. [edit]I am ONE QUARTER to my goal in slightly more than 2 months. This is going to get expensive... I have expensive tastes (I'm a Libra). I (have been told I) dress nice. Now I need a new fxcking wardrobe. I'm already down 3 notches and need a new belt. Filth and Flarn.[/edit] The last time I tried to lose weight, I weighed 313 at my lowest. And I still feel like I'm just starting and continuously fxcking up since I'm doing lazy keto.
