Feeling so good about my progress so far! I can definitely see quite the improvement and I can't believe I've lost so much in what feels like no time at all.
No more cravings, no more binging, no more 2-3 weekly Taco Bell visits, and no more sugar.
I'm happy I can honestly say I haven't cheated a single time since I've started which is crazy compared to my past diet attempts. This is finally something that is satisfying and sustainable!!
Quick question for those around my same progress- where are you losing the weight from? I seem to be losing in from my back, sides, and maybe legs the most.. I don't seem to be losing much off the face, double chin, stomach, or man boobs.. Is there a usual pattern for weight loss? As long as I'm losing, I am happy but I would love to see some face changes!!
