289.9 on the scale this morning. I posted about the milestone of getting below 300 about six weeks ago (Jan 6).
I think this is the least I've weighed since I was in my late 20s. I know I was 250 when I was 25 and over 300 when my first child was born when I was 30. I lost weight doing keto for the first time a few years ago but I don't think I ever dipped below 290. Not stopping now!
