December and January weren't too kind to me, I maintained through both months. But today, I hit 238! So excited!!
Yesterday, the Mrs and I ate at a place call Cultured Caveman in Portland. Absolutely the best food! They post all recipes on their website. If you're in Portland, I'd suggest giving it a go! It's in the Kenton park hood.
