I should have hit this months and months ago, but the last 6 months or so have been a roller coaster - I was diagnosed with MS, my mother passed away, went on two out-of-state trips, and made terrible decisions between Thanksgiving and Christmas. While I always got back on track, I have a lot of regrets since I feel like I wasted so much time, but I learned a lot and those regrets will stick with me.

I was 415 in the beginning of July, and just went up and down continually since then. I hit 433 after 10 days of cheating (one of the trips) and got down to 403 in early November, then bounced around some more between holidays. I was totally on track after Christmas and through January with no movement, always 408-410. Just couldn't get under 400 and it was driving me CRAZY.

So I had a slight cheat meal during a mostly-vegan volunteer party this past Friday (not much low-carb to be found in the vegan circle when you don't eat raw veggies) and buckled down on another egg fast. This time I stuck to the fast until I got under 400, which I did this morning.

For reference: I dropped under 500 on 9/28/15. The first time I got under 400, post-Lap-Band surgery with a SW of 444, was 2009. The last time I was under 400 was in 2012.

Thank you all for being here! This year will be much better and my goal is to get under 300 by the end of the year. It may be tough but I'm going to try like hell.
