I know this might not seem like a huge deal to some of you, but I have NEVER been on a diet that actually worked for me. People would always tell me, "watchmesleep, it's just calories in calories out, you need to exercise and eat less calories!" but being insulin resistant has made losing weight virtually impossible for me. Ive tried so many different things to lose weight and nothing has worked.
In December of 2015, I weighed my heaviest at 322. Saturday, February 4th of 2017 I weighed 317, and today February 11th I weigh 311! I am so fucking stoked, y'all. This is exactly the progress I needed to see to feel reassured that I'm doing the right thing.
I went to the gym twice this week on a guest pass but tomorrow I'm signing up! I'm ready for this. I have my before pictures and once there's noticeable progress I will definitely be sharing.
