In high school I was 120lbs and stayed that way until I became pregnant with my first baby. In high school I ate whatever I wanted and never gained weight but I was also incredibly athletic with dance, gymnastics, and running.

I got pregnant at 18 out of high school and I came out of the pregnancy at 140lbs. I immediately got pregnant again and this time came out of the pregnancy at 200lbs. I used the pregnancies as an excuse to eat whatever and how much ever I wanted. A year after his birth, I weighed in at a whopping 220-230lbs. The first photo was from a friend's wedding and I swore I would never get that big again! I did not take care of myself, I ate fast food for almost every meal, ate a ton of junk!

Those photos of me in that wedding made me feel so depressed, I felt like I would never get thin again.

I tried numerous times to diet and exercise and was successful in a routine and only lost 8lbs in 2 months. It was hard, I was always hungry, and

I got pregnant a third time in 2014 and at the end of the pregnant came out at 178lbs just due to being sick the whole pregnancy. Of course, that didn't last long once I could start keeping food down and found myself hovering between 195lbs and 210lbs. When I started keto in December of 2016 I was 210lbs again.

Yesterday, I looked in the mirror and noticed my tummy is flatter, my arms are much slimmer, as are my legs. I barely noticed the differences before, and now I can see my collarbone again. My clothes I bought right after my last pregnancy fit again and all my "fat clothes" are starting to need to be put back into storage.

Keto has been so easy and a dream come true! I accomplished this in 2 months and still have a way to go but it's never been difficult. I'm so inspired by everyone's progress and I know my photos aren't awesome but I'm hoping they can inspire someone too! What a difference 28lbs makes!

I've always had a bad relationship with food but through keto I feel that I have taken control of my food addiction, and all you guys here have been a HUGE help!

TLDR: This sub helped me overcome my food addiction. I had a bad relationship with food and ate a ton and gained weight and now I'm losing it with Keto!
