I've been kicking around here for 4 years now. Seeing progress pics and hearing the stories were what got me onboard this train, and what kept me coming back and moving forward. Maybe it's my time to contribute.

I realized this morning that I'd not updated flair in quite some time...and that I'd hit my "unattainable" goal weight. We set a realistic weight, and many here in /r/keto just crush that weight and keep on going, not realizing just how far education and a some willpower will get you. I've seen many people set a second "realistic" weight, which is probably well into the realm of healthy. And I've watched so many of you nail that goal, and then set yet another one. And for me 175 was that third goal. The one that you can't get to without some serious effort, and...it's here.

I got down to 190 from 240 without much hassle over the course of about a year. Hovered between 185 and 200 for two years, and finally got a big ole kick in the pants last October which pushed me into high gear, and pulled me from 190 down to 175. There's still that last stubborn 10lbs of fat that doesn't want to let go (yes I'm talking to you, spare tire!) and I've started seeing a trainer and actually lifting. Listen to what they say, it does work.

You're all amazing. Thank you for the knowledge you've provided, the support, and for showing what you can do when you finally decide it's what you want.
