Just want to weigh in, so to speak. For those of you thinking about this diet, Look at those numbers in the title. That's basically half a pound a day.
Have I exercised like a maniac? No. I have a spinal injury, I've only been able to move around the last couple of weeks.
Have I eaten clean, pure foods? God no. I've just kept to my macros and subsisted on a mixture of garbage and cheese.
Do I feel better than I ever have in my entire adult life? Yes.
If that sounds like something you could do, then do it.
