I have been doing this for about a week now and i have FINALLY lost 5 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for 4 years and everything i did just helped me maintain my weight when i was just trying to lose. The second i quit exercising i would just gain weight. Soooo quickly.
I used keto as a last resort kind of thing and it works. I finally made it into the 140's. I have been trying to see that number on the scale for a year now.. and i am so excited to just see my progress in a month.
I only have 30 pounds to lose. I have never been so excited to stay on track and see myself change. Aaaaaahhhh!
