It can be demoralizing to look at the scale one morning and see it tick up a notch (or 10). That doesn't mean that you should stop weighing in or trying, it just means that you need to look at the bigger picture and see the downward trend. Here's my progress graph from the last month as an example. (I step on the scale three times every morning before getting into the shower)
Another thing I do to stay motivated is comparing my loss to the ketocalc's projection.

So if you're staring at your phone after seeing an uptick this morning, know that you are not alone; we're all fighting those battles and it's perfectly normal.
