As of today I am down 51 pounds. I began basically November 1st or so, but I didn't know what I was doing. I was still eating Taco bell that week lol. I got serious in November and today I am 51 pounds lighter. Stay focused, get diverse stuff to eat so you don't go nuts. I went through a phase where i got sick of eggs and stopped eating them. I like frozen beatballs which I slow cook in a spicy marinara sauce and put some mozz cheese and parmasan on top...yum. I do a grilled chicken breast glazed in fatty Alfredo sauce with broccoli and some cracker cut cheddar with fatty salami from Trader Joes. Blue Diamond chocolate dusted almonds are a good snack just don't eat more than a small handful. Also cinnamon almonds and mocha almonds...I like almonds.
