If you would have told me 2 months ago I'd weigh 230 lbs today I would have laughed at you. I've never felt better about myself or my future than I do now. I have to thank everyone here for their help, motivation, and success stories. It keeps me inspired to read about all of your stories and keto journeys.

For anyone who is wondering. I've been doing strict keto since I started and hit my macros almost every day. I only cheated once during my birthday when I had a couple slices of pizza and a few beers. I supplement with a multi-vitamin, fish oil, magnesium, and 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar. I try to drink at least 64 oz of water every day. I run at least 2 miles every day and weight train 4-5 times a week.

I have progress pics but I do not plan on sharing them until I hit my goal weight.

Anyway, Thanks r/keto for everything. You've all helped me more than you know. KCKO
