I started at 340 lbs January 21st, 2017. I had never heard of keto until my brother in law was using it to get lean. I was trying to become a pilot and planes and extra weight don't work so I needed to change.
I am currently 268 lbs. I do lazy keto, don't count anything besides general carbs for the day. I work midnights and only eat one meal at 6 or 7 at night. This subreddit has been a huge help. Some people ask how I eat just meat and cheese, I let them know it seems so normal to me now that I don't know how they can't.
I didn't notice the difference until I saw the before picture today. Thank you everybody!
