Finally, I invested some time in myself this last month. Not only have I saved a lot of money but reducing starch has helped a ton with my chronic pain issues as well. I have also slowly increased to an hour of cardio a day and between the two I am feeling good. I did fall off the wagon for a friend's birthday party at an Italian restaurant, but I remounted the next day and carried on. I am learning to not be so discouraged by my human mistakes that have derailed me in the past.

There are plenty of months months in the last two years where I can say the exact opposite of this post. I ate out for EVERY meal. I am just trying to realign my focus with what I CAN control in my life. And that is this. The power! We have the power.
