Attended my first hot yoga class today, then deadlifted 135 for 5 sets. Slowly but surely, I'm starting to incorporate exercise. I walk around 30 minutes each morning with my dogs, so that's been about the only steady thing in the past few months.
I've gone down to zerocarb for the past 3 weeks because I was stalled and overdoing it on peanut butter (my favourite snack). Since going /r/zerocarb I've had a lot of success, my body feels harder everywhere while doing very little exercise, and my appetite is lower.
