[FP] Low Carb Ham & Cheese Sandwich on Cheesy Buns

This bread is sooo good. Being able to have sandwiches again after starting keto is already a game changer, and cloud bread is really good and very low (almost 0) carb - but this bread is cheesy, thick and flavorful. It's also extremely quick and easy to make.

The cost of these ingredients will be roughly $1.38.
Fat - 45.5g
Carbs - 7.5g
Net carbs - 7.5g
Protein - 55g

️Ingredients
6 slices ham
Cheese of your choice (I used American)
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
1 egg

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix the shredded mozzarella, parmesan and egg together and place 2 mounds on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with ham and cheese.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
