Take a gallon of whole milk, add lactase to it. This breaks up the lactose into galactose and glucose sugars.
Now add some brewers yeast, and let it break down those sugars into sweet milk spirits.
Let the Carbon dioxide air out so it isn't carbonated. Then freeze the milk at 0 Celsius. The alcohol will stay liquid so just pour that off.
Now you have full fat, zero sugar milk with all the protein of regular milk. Add your pure sucralose as needed and you have zero sugar milk. Easy.
