This is completely nuts. I used the USDA RDI calculator for kicks just to see what kind of nonsense it spits out and here were my results (set to sedentary btw).
So according to the USDA if I eat an entire Little Caesars Deep Dish Cheese Pizza and a can of Coke daily I'll be NAILING my nutritional intake.
Little Caesars Deep Dish Cheese:
- 2560 Calories
- 88g of Fat
- 120g of Protein (a little high by USDA standards)
- 312g of Carbs.
That leaves me a little low on my caloric and carb intake. Better drink a Coke.
- 140cal
- 39g of Carbs
Total:
- 2700 Calories
- 351g of Carbs
HEALTH ACHIEVED!
