[Pics] Before and after pictures from this community have always been very motivating for me so here are mine.

I don't post to reddit, or anything for that matter, very often, so I apologize if something is out of place or wrong.

When I discovered keto, the before and after pictures of what people were able to accomplish with this lifestyle were always what kept me going and I wanted to do my part. I don't have a traditional before picture. Never really liked having pictures taken of myself. Still don't particularly care for it, but I wanted to contribute a bit to the community that helped my mental state so much over the last 14 months and roughly 85 pounds.

I've just been doing lazy keto and staying under 25 carbs as day, so I don't have a lot of specifics to share and there are many people that would be MUCH better to ask in the community, I'm sure. But I wanted to do a bit at least.

Here's a pic from about 2 years ago or so. http://ift.tt/2o8DgTk Obviously this picture desperately needed to exist, which is why it is one of the few I was okay with being taken back then.

The weight loss is great, but the best part is how much healthier I feel in general. Less back pain, less sickness, less bleh. Hopefully this can help motivate at least one person to try it out or keep going. It is so completely worth it.
