Keep Going. Do not depart your path to awesome.

I know, keto is hard and you get cravings especially in the beginning, but do consider that all of these feelings are temporary. They simply won't last forever. You can get past them with self control and telling yourself you absolutely must not give up. The only way to get through it is to actually go through it. When you reach the other side you shouldn't look back in regret, you should look back with a sense of victory. Don't just walk halfway through, then turn back just to start all over again.

Keep walking.

Don't stop until you see that you are making it. You may bleed, you may feel cold, tired, lonely and helpless, but you sure as hell don't turn back to feel worse back where you were. Guilt and regret are terrible feelings. You shouldn't have to look back upon your actions and want to cry or go back in time. Remember that what you do now will absolutely affect you forever, no matter the nature of the action. When you see that light shining bright at the end of the tunnel,

Run to it. Sprint full speed.

Run until you can't anymore, then Sprint until you reach the end. Until you reach your new beginning that you fought so hard for. Until you reign a victor upon your problems. Until you are ready to start running even faster than ever before.

Your journey will not end any sooner if you give up. Fight for yourself.

Be who you want to be. Be who you need to be. Make your body do what your mind would rather do. Stick to what works and all will be well.

Life is too short to play around, so get serious with what you're doing now. Eat those eggs, meats and greens with a smile on your face as you think about how big you'll be smiling in the future, when you leave the darkness and step into your own light.

Do something. Do it now rather than later. You can wait for Monday but time will never wait for you.
