Here’s a (sort of) before picture. I’m 45 years old, 5’5”, and I weighed in at 212 pounds this morning. I started going keto on November first and have already lost about 5 pounds. I realized that I didn’t take a before picture so I figured I better before I lost any more weight!
I used to be in the Army and was a lean 155 pounds after basic training sixteen years ago. My goal is to get to about 165 and to get my blood pressure to a manageable level so that I don’t have to start high blood pressure medication. I’m tired of feeling sick and fat and I’m finally doing something about it!!
