Ever since about 5 years ago I've slowly had more and more pain in in my right foot after sitting periods of time or especially when I first woke up in the morning and got up to walk! I later found out it was plantar fasciitis which can be caused by improper footwear or weight gain. This morning I'm happy to say for the first time ever I woke up and had no pain in my right foot as it had been slowly lessening since I started keto back on 10/20/17! Yay thanks keto!
