Hey. Just wanted to share this.
I started out exactly one year ago.
My starting weight was 144kg, and I'm not at a comfortable 106kg, and still declining but at a lesse pace.
I did weight lifting three times a week.
Did cardio whenever I had time or the energy, at least 1-4 times a week.
I had 322 specific workouts the last year.
I have an active workplace, where I can get some activity in and I love to cook, so the whole keto experience hasn't been any problem.
