For all my indians out there, missing your chai in the morning, I found that adding the tea, masala, and grated ginger to a pot and letting it boil still allows for the traditional taste. Then just strain it into a vitamix and add your sweatener, coconut oil and kerrygold, and blend on high. Then I personally add a little heavy cream and a tad bit of Torani Vanilla. AMAZING. Tastes like a GOOD chai latte. Not that coffee shop syrup BS. Cheers!
