I've lost 18 lbs since my engagement (14 months ago), 12 on Keto since January (last 2 months) Up to today I really couldn't see the change. I thought my weight loss wasn't showing and was starting to get discouraged. Today I looked at my engagement photos and I couldn't believe it... I could finally see the difference. I'm over the moon!
