Hi everyone.
Tomorrow is my one week keto-versery. It's been pretty hard to adjust since I'm not that big on cooking, but I've already noticed how much less I can eat while feeling perfectly satiated. I used to eat a burger, fries and have a soft drink but I still craved food afterwards! I just ate the bunless burger because I was feeling a little lazy today and I feel comfortably full.
I'm so excited for my keto journey. :)
