So impossibly basic, but I absolutely hate that! For the past few days, I've been having around 25-30 total carbs. I felt extremely guilty since I'm only a week and a half into my keto journey. I knew I was supposed to subtract fiber from the total to get my net, but every time I checked myfitnesspal it screams at me that I went over my goal! However, this morning, I was looking through my nutrients more carefully. I had an "OH, DUH" moment, and went through every single day. I've been 100% under 20g of net carbs a day!
I looked up questions about this on the myfitnesspal website, and they responded "I'll relay this back to our team" and that was in 2015. So much for improvements! Luckily, I KCKO anyway. So waggle a finger at me for being dumb and another waggle at MFP for not keeping up with the keto times.
