I used to jog through the park a lot when I was younger and before a knee surgery. And I used to see overweight people jogging occasionally as well(I was very skinny back then) and I imagined that they were probably self conscious and thinking they were being judged by the other runners and perhaps there were a few jerks who would do that but personally it always made me happy to see someone who enjoys life enough to try to prolong it. And I enjoy being around people who are trying to improve themselves.

This sub not only embodies those ideals but it also achieves those goals. Reading success stories and seeing progress pics just flat out makes me happy!
