My wife is pretty cool and let's me drag her all over the country during football season for away games (plus season tickets for 2 teams), so I always try to return the favor for her annual birthday celebration.
This year she wanted to do a Disney trip, so we stayed at a Disney owned resort from last Friday until yesterday (Weds).
While choosing meals wasn't always the easiest - lots of meat options but lots of high carb sides, I stuck with it every day with the exception of our Epcot day when I had a few beers.
I guess that the combination of 140+ days of being keto adapted, lots of water, and walking 8+ miles per day helped to cancel out any lapses.
Got up this morning and weighed myself - down 1.3lbs (and I honestly expect more of a "whoosh" once I get readjusted to my normal routine). 4.4lbs away from the 50lb milestone!
