Despite having trouble keeping on the plan lately, and not seeing much change in my physical dimensions, I've encountered something new.
Apparently when it gets below 70°, inside or out, my wedding ring will fall freely from my finger.
I've accidentally flung it across my house a few times today just raising my hand up to my face. Into the safe it goes for now.
