Turns out that when you lose a lot of weight you should keep eating a lot of fat for a while to make sure your gallbladder keeps emptying itself.
I did keto for a year and lost a bunch of weight but when I moved last year I just fell off the wagon with all the crazy that happened. I started getting cramps and really bad pain on my right side and it turns out I had a really nasty case of gallstones. After speaking with doctors and doing a lot reading turns out a lot of the fat we lose also contains cholesterol. That cholesterol gets processed through your gallbladder but if it doesn't get emptied enough it calcifies and turns into stones. I'm sure I'm oversimplifying it so hopefully someone in here can explain this in better details but yeah...
Just thought I'd drop this in here and possibly save someone else's gallbladder in the future!
